CSA - Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CSA - Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Manque Global Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hotels and restaurants industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and enhance service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are needed to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities with a positive attitude and flexibility.
