**Job Summary**:
The **Front Office Executive** serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling (especially in hospitality or healthcare).
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for necessary materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
