**Position: Telecaller**

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Flow Interio's services and discuss their interior design needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted calling campaigns and database management.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the Sales Executive to meet with interested clients and discuss their requirements in detail.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Follow up with leads to maintain communication, address any questions or concerns, and nurture relationships.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with Flow Interio's services and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- **Adherence to Scripts**: Adhere to predefined scripts and call guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
- **Persistence**: Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following call scripts.

**Additional Details**:

- **Training**: Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize the Telecaller with Flow Interio's services, products, and calling techniques.
- **Targets**: Performance targets will be set to motivate and track progress, with incentives for achieving or exceeding targets.
- **Flexible Schedule**: The Telecaller may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate calling campaigns and reach potential customers at optimal times.
