**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Delivery**: Develop training modules aligned with operational goals and brand standards (e.g., customer service, SOPs, grooming, hygiene, safety).
- **Onboarding**: Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
- **Needs Analysis**: Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultation with department heads.
- **Continuous Development**: Organize regular refresher sessions and cross-training to upskill employees and improve guest service.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and audits.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all training programs meet hospitality industry regulations and internal policies.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate training records and reports for internal and external audits.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior management to align training initiatives with business needs.
- **Technology Use**: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools when appropriate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
