**Legal Assistant**

**Position**: Legal Assistant
**Location**: Noida Sector 63, H block
**Shift Timing**: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
**Experience**: 6+ months in Corporate Sector and LPO Preferred
**Languages**: English (Read, Write and Speak)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including motions, discoveries, and responses.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of trial documents.
- Initiating and managing pre-litigation processes.
- Drafting and vetting litigation documents, including complaints.
- Collaborating on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Managing calendaring tasks, scheduling, and maintaining legal deadlines.
- Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining effective communication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (preferred).
- At least 6 months of experience in **Corporate and LPO**Preferred
- Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong **attention to detai**l and the ability to work on deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in diverse legal domain in US laws is preferred
