- Legal Drafting
- Preparation, Research & Preparing for Trial Documents
- Initiating Pre-Litigation Processes
- For Litigation-Drafting, Vetting etc.
- Motion Drafting
- Preparing/Drafting Discoveries & Responses
- Federal Laws Understanding and Knowledge
- US State Laws Understanding and Knowledge
- Litigation and Pre-litigation
- Complaints Filling
- Working for US, Europe and Canadian Laws
- Calendaring, Paralegal, Legal Assistant
- Client Coordination

**Skills Required**:

- Relevant Experience in legal and corporate
- Knowledge of Federal Laws (Indian, International)
- Knowledge of legal tools, and Research

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English
- Must be law a Graduate
- Must have 1yr of experience.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
- Night shift
