Back Office Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in generating new leads and conducting cold calls. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and coordinate with clients.
- Provide detailed product information to clients and address their inquiries.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Assist the sales manager with administrative tasks and support activities.
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate department. Collect feedback from existing clients to improve our products and services.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
