**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for IT products, services, and solutions across public and private sector clients.
- Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Officers, and Government Authorities).
- Manage the entire sales cycle - lead generation, presentations, negotiations, closing deals, and post-sales account management.
- Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and RFPs for public sector projects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to create visibility and attract new clients.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Existing network and contacts within the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT B2B sales, handling both private and government/public sector clients.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, cloud, software development, and digital transformation services.
- Excellent knowledge of public sector procurement processes, tenders, and government empanelments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: Market standard (commensurate with experience & expertise).
- **Commission/Incentives**: Attractive commission structure based on closed deals, project acquisitions, and revenue targets.
