**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

To manage student training and placement processes, as well as to maintain ongoing engagement with industry regarding student placement. To work with the organizer of industrial-institutional interaction to plan professional and industrial seminars. Organizes guest lectures, workshops, seminars, industry visits, and educational trips for students. Coordinates with various sectors to conduct on-campus and off-campus interviews of qualified students in order to provide suitable opportunities in their firms.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

.Collaboration with industry identifies and answers students' training needs. - Plan campus interviews. - Create annual T&P budget. - Offers individual and group counseling to assist students in defining their academic and professional interests, as well as short and long-term objectives. **Assists students in developing and implementing successful job search methods. ** Prepares an audio-video presentation or colorful handout about the college for prospective employers. - Maintains a database of student profiles from all departments. - Runs a comprehensive placement campaign. - Assists firms in achieving their hiring objectives. **Provides students with lasting career decision-making skills. - Provides materials and exercises for career planning. - Acts as a bridge between students, alumni, and the professional community. ** Enhanced student skill sets.

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**: -Skills and competencies **Experience in human resources, networking, and research. - Strong counseling skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of the necessary software. ** Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
