**Cost Estimating**: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs for various types of projects (e.g., construction, manufacturing, product development).
- **Bid Preparation**: Compile and submit competitive bids and proposals, working with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates are complete and aligned with project specifications.
- **Vendor and Supplier Liaison**: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that prices reflect current market trends and quality standards.
- **Project Scope Analysis**: Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine the necessary resources, materials, and time required to complete the project.
- **Cost Breakdown**: Provide detailed breakdowns of costs, including labor, materials, equipment, permits, and other associated project expenses.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that could impact project costs and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- **Cost Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and track project costs throughout the life cycle of the project, providing regular updates to senior management and clients. Ensure adherence to the project budget.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that estimates align with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- **Cost Optimization**: Suggest cost-saving measures and alternative approaches that can improve project efficiency and reduce overall expenses without compromising quality.
- **Bid Analysis**: Compare and analyze bids from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the most cost-effective and high-quality options are selected.
- **Documentation & Records**: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related correspondence for reference and audit purposes.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
