**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing project scope, requirements, and specifications.
- Review and interpret tender documents (including drawings, specifications, and terms) to understand project requirements and scope.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary data and ensure estimates are comprehensive.
- Identify potential risks and consider them in the estimation process, ensuring a realistic cost projection.
- Prepare or review the Bill of Quantities and ensure it aligns with the cost estimate.
- Gather quotes from vendors and suppliers to incorporate in the final bid, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Compile cost estimates and supporting documents into a professional and competitive tender submission.
- Provide cost analysis and tracking support during the execution phase of awarded projects.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of cost estimation techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant industry software (e.g., Excel, CostX, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in tender estimation or similar role
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
