**Tender Executive**:
A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tender process, including analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams to develop winning proposals, preparing technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines, and actively following up to secure new business opportunities by strategically responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Analysis**: Thoroughly review and understand tender documents, identifying key requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential challenges to develop a suitable bid strategy.
- **Proposal Development**: Lead the preparation of comprehensive tender proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and commercial terms, collaborating with relevant departments to gather necessary information.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all tender submissions adhere to specified guidelines, deadlines, and legal requirements.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, and other departments to gather necessary data, cost estimates, and technical details for accurate bid preparation.
- **Pricing Strategy**: Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis, cost calculations, and profit margins.
- **Communication Management**: Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing queries, clarifying tender details, and providing updates on bid status.
- **Pre-qualification Processes**: Prepare and submit necessary documentation for pre-qualification stages of tenders.
- **Post-Submission Activities**: Follow up with clients after tender submission, addressing any concerns and actively pursuing feedback.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track tender performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare reports to inform future bidding strategies.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex tender documents and develop effective bid strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in proposal preparation and compliance with tender requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating presentations and managing data.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and procurement procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in a tendering role within a similar industry, ideally with a track record of successful bid wins.
- Understanding of commercial contracts and contract management principles.
Experience with CRM software, Familiarity with MS Office, E-Mails, Internet Surfing & Whats App.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
