We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cost Estimator.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects. This will involve carefully reviewing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify requirements and assess quantities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify project requirements
  • Assess quantities using appropriate measurement methods
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates in accordance with industry standards
  • Familiarize oneself with applicable international codes and standards
  • Ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. They should also be proficient in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software. A bachelor's degree or diploma in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills are essential.
