**Project Cost Manager**

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee project costs, ensuring alignment with construction projects' requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The role involves cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and collaboration with stakeholders to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study of project scope in line with design specifications.
  • Validation of technical specifications from the design team.
  • Optimization of specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  • Verification of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  • Review of Requests for Application (RA) bills and final bills.
  • Preparation of amendments.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Exploration of new products and obtaining approvals.
  • Proposal of optimization options in budgets.
  • Completion of budget requirements within given timeframes without delays.
  • Preparation of reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.
