Scaffolding Estimator

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Review: Analyse project documentation, architectural drawings, and engineering specifications to determine scaffolding requirements.
- Estimation: Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labour, logistics, and equipment based on project scopes.
- Tendering: Produce and submit competitive bids, tenders, and quotations in line with deadlines.
- Technical Support: Provide recommendations on scaffold design, load requirements, and compliance with Australian Standards.
- Process Development: Contribute to refining internal estimation tools, templates, and pricing models.
- Mentorship: Support junior estimators by providing technical input and guidance when required.
- Data Management: Maintain records of historical estimates, supplier information, and completed submissions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in scaffolding estimation.
- Strong knowledge of modular and system scaffolds (e.g., Kwikstage, Layher, Tube & Fitting).
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency with estimation tools and Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to manage remote collaboration effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines consistently.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, estimation, or engineering (desirable but not essential).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
