Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Partnering: Engaging with business leaders to understand business requirements and identify key agenda items to be addressed with a monthly/ quarterly focus. Participate in the HR & Business meetings with BH/ HRP Head and other HR teams to discuss and report updates on MoM tracker; Discuss challenges faced by the business and share updates on actionable taken.

IR/Employee Relations: - Handle employee relations issues smoothly & effective manner. Ensure correct documentation on every stage.

Attrition & Retention Management - Conduct exit interviews & providing Data Analysis on various exit parameters, aligning stakeholders for retention, showcasing business impact. Driving retention strategies for performing employees.

Employee Engagement - Ensure effective employee connect & drive various initiatives pertaining to productivity of FLS in the Region via various Virtual and Non-virtual platform and driving multiple Projects for Retention/ Reducing Hiring TAT & managing exit function.

Performance Management - Driving Probation Milestone, Annual Sales Team Appraisal & Recognition.

Desired Profile:
MBA

1-3 years of experience in HRBP & Talent Acquisition. Excellent understanding of employee lifecycle management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

This 50% recruitment and 50% operations

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
