**Dynamic of the role ;**

TransUnion CIBIL Interactive requires a Senior Business Development executive to manage and continue to develop its indirect business. Indirect business is defined as the channel whereby consumer credit reports or credit data elements are provided as a value add offering or sold through various partners, direct to consumers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue**
- Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives
- Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
- Drive sales performance to quarterly plans and ensuring timely receipt of payments
- Identify & establish relationships with prospective clients that may be suitable to resell the DTC product offering
- Establish and build an indirect market share as this is a new growth opportunity
- Achieve /exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of client strategies
- Accurately forecast client activity and associated revenue

**Client Management**
- Develop and nurture trusting relations with internal and external clients through proactive communication and the effective management of expectations to ensure outstanding service levels
- Maintain and review client performance to ensure sustainability of existing ventures and to identify new opportunities
- Develop individual client strategies and collaborate with both internal and client resources to ensure the implementation of approved strategies
- Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer’s need for company services.
- Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs
- Steering CXO Interactions across members

**Impact You'll Make**:
Experience and Skills - What we'd prefer to see

**Minimum 10-12 years of experience across Sales, Business development & team management. **Ideally Assets side experience with a Bank or a NBFC is preferred**

- Focuses and ensures closure without compromising on quality of the output. Raises / flags issues as necessary and moves forward with a solutioning approach

**Analytical mindset **- Very strong conceptual and analytical abilities. Understands data and is able to derive insights and actionables.

**Communication Skills **- Effective communicator with excellent relationship building, negotiation and interpersonal skills
