Ø Invoice Editing - Modify PDF invoices as per customer POs and ensure accuracy before finalization.

Ø RFQ Tracking - Update the RFQ Excel sheet with the latest stage-wise status whenever required to maintain accurate records_Documentation Work

Ø Order Confirmation & Proforma Invoice - Prepare order confirmations and proforma invoices in Excel, both to be reviewed.

Ø Delivery Challans - Verify and record delivery challans in the system, ensuring proper documentation for both returnable and non-returnable challans related to internal and external customers. Maintain organized files, with final checks

EXIM Documentation - Utilize pre-defined templates to enter critical export details, including invoice number, value, quantity, weight, size, delivery address, and consignee information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
