Maintain proper books of accounts for multiple companies, including purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Handle bank payments and reconcile bank statements for the companies.
- Prepare monthly salary data for the respective companies.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B on a monthly basis with the books of accounts.
- Prepare TDS data on a monthly basis for the companies.
- Manage PF, ESIC, and GST challan payments for the companies.
- Process monthly bill payments, including credit card bills and telephone invoices (JIO, Airtel, BSNL).
- Record cash voucher entries for the companies.
- Communicate with bank officials for payments, forex card reloads, BRC submissions, and document submissions.
- Prepare domestic purchase orders (PO) and tax invoices as requested by the business development team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
