In 2003, Innovative Multiplex made its mark as the first multiplex in Karnataka with a seating capacity of 1800 and 9 world class screens. To this day, it remains one of the top-performing cinemas in Bangalore.

In addition to its regular movie screenings, Innovative Multiplex is also the host of the annual Innovative International Film Festival. The festival attracts participation from a variety of countries and showcases close to 100 Indian and international films. It draws a crowd of well-known celebrities, members of the South Indian film industry, and international filmmakers, and is supported by the Government of India’s Directorate of Film Festivals.

We are looking for someone to oversee our operational tasks.

**Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperational Support**
- Assist in the smooth functioning of F&B concession counters during movie schedules and peak hours.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of operations.

**Customer Interaction**
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Promote combo offers, special deals, and seasonal menu items to enhance the customer experience.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses to the F&B Manager.
- Assist in inventory handling, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.

**Team Coordination**
- Support the F&B team in daily tasks, including cash handling, serving, and maintaining counters.
- Act as a liaison between the staff and management to ensure smooth communication.

**Compliance & Standards**
- Follow all safety, health, and hygiene guidelines as per local regulations.
- Ensure that F&B offerings comply with quality and safety standards.

**Sales Monitoring**
- Track sales and assist in preparing daily revenue reports.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in multiplex or cinema settings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
