**Purpose of the Role: -** Manage the administration, support systems and activities that will keep the skill center running smoothly. An academic administrator needs to be a leader, organized and committed to the job and should work closely with Program Manager, Coordinator and other team members.
**Key task**
**1. Coordination**
- Maintaining and strengthening the ethos and philosophy of the organization.
- Managing overall process Monthly Progress Check of batches and trainers.
- Coordinate with training partners for smooth running of the skill courses.
- Designing Dashboards, reports and newsletters which can help team to see progress of their program.
- Developing clear and concise training materials like Manuals, data collection tools/Formats etc. and processes.
- Collecting fee from students and maintaining a proper follow up of the fee.
- Reconciliation of fee with the accounts team.
- Maintaining all the data of students from all locations.
- Maintaining different formats like Gate pass etc.
- Collecting the data of the students for ID cards.
- Manage, analyse and initiate data entry processes.
- Analyze various data and information received and prepare reports and presentations accordingly
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce reports for internal and external use.
- Write reports and prepare presentations about the skill program, instructional activity, program planning, etc.
- Coordinate space requirements and classroom logistics as needed to ensure seamless delivery of the skill program.
- Perform other administrative and analytical duties supporting the skill program.
**2. Database Making**
- Making a daily report to create a program dashboard.
- Making a Monthly attendance sheet for the skill center.
- Result Data preparation - school and class-wise.
- Ensuring student and trainer records are maintained.
- Maintaining fee sheet on regular basis.
**Skills required**
- Good knowledge of working in excel and google sheet
- Good PPT making knowledge
- Good communication skill - speaking and writing
**Relationships**:
- Treating each child/teacher/colleague with equality, dignity and respect.
- Working with other staff members to plan and implement activities to carry out the philosophy of the skill center and the organization.
- Being respectful and cooperative as a member of a team of professionals.
- Establishing a positive relationship with seniors and team members.
