**Qualification - B.Tech/ Diploma - Mech**

**Location -Sikrapur (Pune)**

Experience - Min 3+Yrs in customer service and technical maintenance is a must.(Food Processing Machine/Kitchen Equipment)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

Conduct site visits to oversee maintenance and troubleshoot issues as required.

Maintain and improve service standards by monitoring team performance and implementing process improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance and repair activities.

Technical Knowledge

Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communication Skills

Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Leadership Abilities

Proven ability to manage a team and inspire them to meet organizational goals.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
