We are FMCG/tobacco products licensed manufacturers and distributors with a Pan India distribution network and exports to the Middle East, Africa, and North America. We are looking for young and dynamic Boys / Girls for Field Sales & Marketing Roles for our "9ICE" brand of **Cigarillos, Rolling Tobacco, Twin Pack Rolling Papers, Trio Pack Rolling Papers & Perfect Rolled Cones.**

Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure brand recognition amongst retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
2. Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all (retailers and distributors) in his specific assigned region
3. Ensure optimum utilization of resources in his area of responsibility particularly the sales/promotional budget
4. Assist ASM with promotional ideas to increase business within the region
5. Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget, and profit goals for your assigned region
6. Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your region
7. Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for assigned regions
8. Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers
9. Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within your region
10. Work on regular communications of sales calls and share results
11. Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports, and any assigned reports to the area sales manager in a timely manner
12. Maintain regular contact with retailers and distributors to ensure seamless continuity of efforts
13. Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives, and any other goals given by the area sales manager
14. Interact with marketing, i.e. sales support materials, etc.
15. Identify and track all industry trends and issues, i.e. natural and retail growth, distributor changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc.
16. Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the area sales manager
17. Implement all tracking/reporting tools, in conjunction with finance, customer service, etc.
18. Assist in managing your regional budget by SKU and trade spending for all brands
19. Track and report all competitive activities

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
