**SGT University (NAAC A+ Grade Accredited), **in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech/ B.Sc / BCA in Computer Application can apply. Experience with Academic Institutions or Universities will be preferred.
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines provided by the department.

Duties/Responsibilities: Lab Setup and Maintenance:

- Set up and maintain computer labs, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure lab equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Inventory management of lab equipment, including monitoring supplies and requesting replacements as needed.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to lab users, including students, faculty, or employees.
- Assist users with software installations, network connectivity, and general IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure the security of lab equipment and data by implementing security protocols and access controls.
- Follow and enforce IT policies and procedures, including data protection and software licensing compliance.
- **Lab Upgrades and Expansion**:

- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute lab upgrades or expansions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend hardware or software upgrades as necessary.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of lab maintenance, equipment repairs, and user support incidents.
- Create user guides and documentation for lab equipment and procedures.
- **Training and Workshops**:

- Conduct training sessions for lab users to enhance their computer skills.
- Organize workshops and seminars on various IT-related topics.
