Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lab Technician, located in Vasundhara, Dwarka & Gurugram. The Junior Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of results. They will follow quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of data and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

KRA:

  • Laboratory skills such as sample preparation, testing, and equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
  • Basic understanding of routine and pathological testing procedures
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Experience in NABL accredited labs and understanding of accreditation processes is a plus**
