Our platform ensures seamless transactions, instant digital delivery, and a well-organized gift card catalog to enhance the gifting experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to assist with catalog management, vendor coordination, and backend operations.

**Role Overview**:
The **Operations Intern** will play a vital role in ensuring our **digital gift card catalog** is up-to-date, accurate, and well-structured. They will also coordinate with vendors for catalog updates, stock management, and pricing adjustments. This role is ideal for someone with **strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in e-commerce, digital products, or marketplace operations.**

**Key Responsibilities:Catalog Management**:

- List new products, Maintain/update existing catalog, and optimize the **digital gift card catalog**, ensuring product details, denominations, images, and pricing are accurate.
- Assist in adding new brands, categorizing gift cards, and ensuring proper tagging for easy discoverability.
- Conduct **regular quality checks** to identify missing, outdated, or incorrect product information and take corrective actions.
- Upload bulk product data, price changes, and primary key IDs.
- Ensure uniformity and consistency across product descriptions, brand logos, and terms of use.

**Vendor Coordination & Follow-ups**:

- Liaise with **gift card vendors** to collect updated SKUs, pricing, and availability information.
- Ensure vendors provide high-quality product assets such as logos, terms & conditions, and detailed product descriptions.
- Follow up with vendors regarding **stock replenishment, price adjustments, and any discrepancies in catalog details.**
- Track vendor responses and escalate delays or unresponsive vendors to the relevant internal teams.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors by gathering required catalog data and documentation.

**Backend Operations & Reporting**:

- Track catalog performance, including best-selling gift cards, low-stock items, and price competitiveness.
- Provide insights on how to improve the catalog structure based on customer usage and search behavior.
- Work on making excel based files based on clients’ requirements.
- Maintaining multiple internal trackers and reporting to assigned manager based on tracked information and tasks accomplished.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree is a must.
- An MBA degree would be preferred but is not a ‘Must have’ requirement.
- Strong analytical and **data-handling skills** with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets** (bulk data uploads, formulas, and basic reporting).
- Basic understanding of **e-commerce platforms, digital products, or catalog operations.**
- Ability to handle **vendor communication professionally** and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.**
- Prior experience in catalog management, vendor coordination, or e-commerce operations is a **plus**.
