About Regen Sportz:
Regen Sportz is a premier 360-degree sports management company specializing in talent development, sports event management, sports infrastructure, player management, and grassroots initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing & Sales Intern to support our business growth and brand presence in the sports industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for sports events, player management, and sports products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnership leads.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms through content creation, promotions, and campaigns.
- Support sponsorship acquisition efforts by reaching out to brands and organizations for event collaborations.
- Help optimize marketing and sales strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for sports and a keen understanding of the sports industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
