**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn,
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and
- recommend improvements.
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and lead
- generation.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the sales team to create
- engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and assess against goals
- (ROI and KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging
- technologies.
- design, content, and automation.
- Support the development of the company website and ensure content is up-to date
- and aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
- Assist in preparing marketing plans, budgets, and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related
- field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn
- Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design(Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing (if applicable).
- Knowledge of WordPress, Odoo, or other website CMS.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
