**Position Overview**:
The **Apprenticeship Trainee** in the Assembly Lineup / Production Department will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and production processes. The trainee will assist with assembling products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the production team in various tasks. This role is designed to provide practical training and development opportunities to prepare the apprentice for a career in production and manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Assembly Operations**:

- Assist in the assembly of products according to specified guidelines and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.

**2.** **Quality Control**:

- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or products.
- Assist in maintaining records of quality inspections and test results.

**3. Production Support**:

- Help in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines as needed.

**4.** **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any unsafe conditions or practices to the supervisor.
- Participate in safety training sessions and drills.

**5.** **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Eligibility**:

- ITI of all technical trade (2years) / HSC + ITI of all technical trade (1 year).
- **ITI Stream to be considered**:Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Fitter, Welder, Sheet Metal, Painter (G), Electrician, Electronics, MMTM, COPA (For female employees if ready to work on the shop floor).
- **Age**: Minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 23 years of age at the time of registration.

**Interview Process**:

- Personal and technical interview at plant.
- Medical - Carry Fitness Clear Eye Vision Certificate.
- Joining.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, India.
- **Stipend**: ITI & HSC - Rs. 15,258 per month (Including DBT - Rs.1500) For 1st year, Rs.16,318 for 2nd year, Rs.17,809 for 3rd Year (Including DBT - Rs.1500)
- **Facilities**: Canteen (Subsidiary - Rs.675 Deduction) and Transportation (Subsidiary - Rs.300 Deduction)
