**Why Kyndryl**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Act as an SME of the current toolsets and able to support requests and implementations independently.
- Responsible for providing production support of the infrastructure and RTB (Run the Business) activities and some of the project implementations that are currently in progress.
- Responsible for implementing new project requirement that comes with different projects and act as trusted advisor providing consultancy for these toolsets.
- Identify continuous service improvements, propose and deliver. Especially incremental improvements.
- Ensure delivery in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Provide 24X7 on-call support and weekend support requirement for the monitoring team.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Exceptional domain knowledge on the infrastructure and service level monitoring.
- Extensive experience in analysing monitoring requirement, proposing solutions & implementing as per client requirement to provide required telemetry.
- Excellent conceptual knowledge and experience on different monitoring capabilities. E.g., APM, RUM, Synthetics, IT Operations Analytics (ELK etc.), Cloud monitoring.
- Experience in delivering multi-vendor integrated monitoring solutions aligned to the above capabilities defined.
- Required - Infrastructure monitoring - (e.g., Zabbix, MS SCOM, SolarWinds).
- Required - Application Performance monitoring (e.g., Performance, Real User monitoring). (e.g., CA Wily, New Relic).
- Preferred - Log aggregation and analytics. - (e.g., ELK).
- Extensive automation and scripting experience. E.g., Ansible, Perl, Python, Shell, Java script.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in working in a Dev Ops environment preferred. (Automation, Everything as code, API development etc.).
- Attention to detail with a structured, agile, solution-orientated approach to problems.
