Front Office Executive

We are seeking a well-groomed, customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations in a professional and efficient manner. As the first point of contact for our automobile showroom, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring smooth administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
2. Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
4. Schedule customer appointments for test drives, service bookings, or meetings.
5. Provide basic information about vehicle models, pricing, and available services.
6. Coordinate with the sales and service departments for timely customer follow-ups.
7. Maintain records of walk-in customers, inquiries, and appointment logs.
8. Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned department.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies.
10. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
11. Assist in showroom events or promotional activities as needed.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
Experience: 1-2 years in front office/customer service role; experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
