**Campaign Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- **Ad Creation & Optimization**:

- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns, including keyword selection, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance, including A/B testing, adjusting budgets, and refining targeting.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track daily spending across campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget usage.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on ad spend and performance metrics.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to measure key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in campaigns.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:

- Develop advanced audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
- Utilize retargeting techniques to re-engage previous website visitors and convert them into customers.
- Create and manage lookalike audiences to expand reach and attract new customers.
- **Ad Compliance & Best Practices**:

- Ensure all ad campaigns comply with Google and Facebook advertising policies and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Implement best practices for ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and campaign management.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality ad assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align ad campaigns with business objectives and product launches.
- Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and successes to internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Testing & Experimentation**:

- Conduct regular A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages.
- Experiment with new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Document and share key learnings from tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
