**Role: Atlassian Administrator**

**Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite Role)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Administer user permissions for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, ensuring appropriate access levels and security.
- Set up and configure projects in Jira, including workflows, issue types, and fields.
- Manage Confluence spaces, including creation, configuration, and access controls.
- Oversee integrations between Jira, Confluence, and other tools or plugins.
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use Jira and Confluence.
- Identify and resolve issues faced by users in Jira and Confluence.
- Customize workflows in Jira to suit specific project or team needs.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Evaluate, install, and maintain plugins to extend the capabilities of Jira and Confluence.
- Manage and monitor the use of APIs for integration with other systems.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to maintain security.
- Configure and manage notifications in Jira and Confluence to ensure effective communication.
- Manage the budget related to Jira and Confluence usage, including subscription costs and plugin purchases.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure Jira and Confluence meet organizational needs.
- Support Agile methodologies through Jira, configuring boards, sprints, and backlogs as needed.

**Role: Atlassian Architect**

**Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite Role)**

**Atlassian Architect**:

- Develop long-term strategies for deploying and scaling Atlassian products in alignment with organizational goals.
- Architect and design the overall system setup for Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Access, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Gather and analyze requirements from different stakeholders to ensure the Atlassian suite meets their needs.
- Oversee user management in Atlassian products, setting appropriate permissions and access controls.
- Ensure that the deployment of Atlassian products is compliant with data security standards and regulations.
- Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and platforms used within the organization.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with the use of Atlassian products.
- Document architecture designs, configurations, and procedures, sharing knowledge with team members.
- Manage licenses for Atlassian products, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement industry best practices in the use of Atlassian tools.
- Manage the budget related to Atlassian products, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and manage reporting systems within Jira and Confluence to aid in decision-making processes.
- Regularly conduct security audits and assessments of the Atlassian environment.
- Stay informed about new features and technologies related to Atlassian products and assess their applicability.
