This is not just a job—**this is an entrepreneurial leadership role** where you will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire program. You must be confident, knowledgeable, and have strong communication and organizational skills to grow this vertical into a leading name in healthcare education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end ownership of the **Diet & Nutrition Education vertical**.
- Counselling and enrolling prospective students.
- Planning and executing the **course curriculum and lecture coordination**.
- Conducting **competitor research** and developing a roadmap to stand out in the industry.
- Designing and implementing effective **marketing strategies** (offline + digital).
- Working directly with the Directors to **strategize, scale, and lead** the business unit.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and building a high-quality student experience.
- Managing and motivating faculty, support teams, and other stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A qualified **Dietitian, Nutritionist, or Counsellor** with leadership potential (preferred)
- **2+ years of experience** in program/curriculum management, education, healthcare, or marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A **strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability**.
- Passionate about health education and capable of taking initiative.
- Experience in **marketing and operations management** is a must.
- Well-groomed personality and the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Full Time Job, No Part Time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
