**Job Title**: Female Counsellor - Animation, VFX & Course Sales

**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday-Saturday, 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM)

**About the Role**
Reliance Animation Academy (Franchisee - Nerul) is hiring a Female Counsellor for Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, combining student counselling, admissions, and course sales responsibilities to support academy growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, career paths, and skill development
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, phone, and online) and convert them into admissions
- Achieve monthly targets for animation course sales, enrolments, and revenue generation
- Assist in admission procedures and maintain accurate student records
- Coordinate with faculty and management for student progress updates
- Participate in promotional, marketing, and outreach activities for the academy

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Animation background preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, preferably in animation or education/training institutes
- Proven track record in course sales, student enrolments, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
