**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bench Consultant Marketing**:

- Identify and market bench consultants for various IT positions such as software developers, business analysts, project managers, and other technical roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of available consultants for client projects.
- **Vendor & Client Interaction**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project needs and requirements.
- Negotiate rates with clients and vendors to ensure competitive placements.
- **Job Search & Placement**:

- Actively search job boards, portals, and networking platforms for suitable project opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Guide and assist consultants during the recruitment process, including interview preparation and client interaction.
- Address consultant concerns during project assignments to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure proper documentation for submissions, including agreements, resumes, and legal documents.
- Keep accurate records of submissions, placements, and client feedback.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in Bench Sales and recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and their market demand.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT Bench Sales or a similar role.
