YOUR ROLE

The role will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate financial reporting processes. The role will support business accounting by preparation of reporting related journals including consolidation journals.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Upload of data from local system to reporting tool (HFM/One Stream).
Completion of confirmation rules and validation of package on time.
Reconciliation of WIP and Accrual between CW (operational system) and JDE (Financial system).
Supporting in the migration to JDE.
Supporting in Cost allocations.
Compilation of outlook/estimate data and upload in reporting tool
Participation in Budget process which includes consolidation, review, and upload in reporting tool.
Review of transactional data on regular basis for variance analysis
Other Adhoc reports as required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

University degree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Self-starter who can work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Additional knowledge of other languages is beneficial
Able to work in a matrix organization and in an international environment
Result and quality oriented with high sense of urgency.
High engagement and team spirit can well participate team activities.
Skilled use of office software, such as advanced excel etc.
JDE/OneStream Experience would be an additional advantage
