The Finance and Administrative Associate is responsible for carrying out finance and administrative functions for Tobacco Control initiatives in the designated State.

The salary for this position is INR 5,25,000 to INR 7,00,000. **Job Purpose**
The Finance and Administrative Associate is responsible for carrying out finance and administrative functions for Tobacco Control initiatives in the designated State.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Arrange for transfer of funds to the project staff, vendors, and partner organizations in their respective bank accounts as per agreed terms.
- Maintain budget and disbursement records.
- Verify bills and vouchers received from the project staff, vendors and partners along with the statement of account received on a quarterly basis.
- Support the preparation of the financial budget in consultation with the State Project Coordinator
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of the periodic operating plans for financial analysis of varied TC operations.
- Coordinate project staff travel, meetings, other logistics.
- Assist with preparation and update of periodic progress report.
- Maintain and monitor petty cash as per standard processes.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.

- Bachelor of Commerce /Business Administration
**_ Skills & Abilities_**
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance; familiarity working with budgets and financial reports.
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written in English, Hindi and the local language.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team and form strong working relationships with third-party vendors.
- Critical thinking abilities.
**Experience**

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
