Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Key Areas of ResponsibilityRegularly Monitor - Monitoring to be done on daily, weekly, monthly basis for availability & transactions & to be taken up with the corresponding team to resolve the issues of low performingVisit chronic sites & share the feedback : (for > 3 days - 10% dip in Txn - "Non-HD calls")- To visit chronic ATM sites within a specific timeframe (10% dip in transactions/Repetitive ATMs)Site Audits (Quarterly once)- To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe and update on Fieldor app.Visits for critical concerns- To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue, vandalism/ theft case, visit police station for legal issuesSite Sourcing and LA renewal-visit and sourcing potential locations, renewal of Lease Agreement and rent negationBasic QualificationsB.A under Dibrugarh University, Assam (2009)PGDCA under Dibrugarh University, Assam (2012)Preferred QualificationsPGDCA under Dibrugarh University, Assam (2012)Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
