Create engaging posts and stories for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote OffbeatTreks unique travel experiences and attract potential travelers 2. Address inquiries from clients regarding tours, destinations, and services, providing detailed and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction 3. Assist in developing well-organized, tailored itineraries for clients, ensuring all travel experiences align with OffbeatTreks standards 4. Follow up on client inquiries and provide updates, aiming to convert potential inquiries into confirmed bookings 5. Visit local travel agents, influencers, and potential collaborators to build partnerships and promote OffbeatTreks offerings 6. Manage communication with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of both individual (FIT) and group tours, maintaining quality and consistency throughout the experience 7. Act as a Tour Manager and help operate tours on the ground whenever required, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for travellers Other requirements: 1. Smart and Confident 2. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese 3. Proficiency in MS Office: Comfortable with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 4. Social Media Savvy: Strong presence on Instagram, with a knack for creating engaging content 5. Creative and Resourceful: Ability to bring fresh ideas for social media and client engagement 6. Passionate about Travel: A true travel enthusiast eager to share the beauty of Northeast India 7. Quick Learner: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment 8. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Intern role located in Guwahati. The Intern will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as content creation, research, event coordination, data entry, administrative support, and other duties as assigned. The intern will work closely with team members to learn and gain hands-on experience in different aspects of the business operations.
