**Job Brief**

One of our esteemed clients is seeking two dynamic Finance Controllers to join their team. As a Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of books of Accounts.
- Compliance with SOPs and AS, dealing with statutory auditors.
- Preparation of Balance Sheet.
- Efficient data processing and timely reporting to management.
- Assist Controller in daily banking requirements.
- Annual Budget preparation.
- Monthly Financial Results preparation, cost and revenue analysis, variance analysis, and improvement suggestions.
- Timely and accurate performance of monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities.
- Support Funds Flow/forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other finance department managers to achieve department goals.
- Monitor and analyze department work for efficiency and resource optimization.
- Advise staff on non-routine reporting transactions.
- Ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Supervise the general ledger group to meet financial reporting deadlines.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 8 to 15+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP working knowledge.
- FMCG Manufacturing Plant experience, specifically in industries like Beverage, Cosmetic, and Food Manufacturing.
- Language Proficiency: English
- Educational Qualification (Must Have): CA / ICWA Qualified.
