**The FC (Finance Controller) is responsible for taking the Finance function to world class levels along with other finance functional heads and the CFO by way of deploying better systems, processes, controls and people practices.**:

- ** Handling all Auditing matters (Int & STAT)**:

- ** Assist the CFO is M&A**:

- ** Work with the Treasury head in Fund raising - Tax and accounting guidance**:

- ** Direct Tax and Tax accounting**:

- ** Indirect Tax function**:

- ** Insurance**:

- ** Financial Process and Systems**

**Accounting (ERP env), Direct tax, Management reporting, audit, compliance, treasury accounting,**

**M&A, ERP implementation, Banking Relationships,**

**Desirable (i.e., added advantage, not compulsory)**:
**Ability to put processes in place starting from an unstructured environment. Superb people skills and team management skills. Ability to take ownership and take decisions. Desire to be a change agent.**

**Experience in a promoter led SME organisation. Manufacturing experience, process champion**

**WORK ACTIVITIES** (Routine activities that need to be carried out by the Job holder to accomplish his/her AOR’s)**:

- **Ownership of O2C, R2R, P2P, P2C processes monthly**
- **Cost optimisation and cost management**
- **Managing the quarterly Board Meeting process**
- **Managing the finance team members and giving them guidance and direction**
- **Interacting with HODs daily**
- **Insurance management
