Office Finance Administrator

**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Finance Admin to join our FINOPS team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include Finance incident management, permission administration, intercompany accounting, bank account management, and other key financial tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Intercompany Accounting: Activating Intercompany Relationship between Companies.
- Bank Account Management: Maintain and manage bank accounts.
- Incident Management: Efficiently handle & resolve finance-related incidents.
- Account Creation: Create and maintain main accounts in the financial system.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and data cleaning as needed.
- Knowledge Base and Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation for finance processes and procedures.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with financial software, especially D365 (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and initiative driven.
