Safex is a 50 year old family business and provides very good job stability and growth for its employees provided the employees are loyal and sincere towards their work. It is one of the largest manufacturers of fire safety equipment based in Mumbai with offices across the country.
**Accounts & Order Booking**:
- Supervise and monitor the booking of sales orders, preparation of invoices, E-way bills, and dispatches.
- Oversee the entry of expense bills and ensure accurate preparation and verification of data for GST returns.
- Resolve GST mismatch reports and ensure timely compliance.
- Approve vendor payment requests to the Head Office.
- Maintain and supervise the stock register for the branch office and factories using Excel.
- Coordinate with top management to address and resolve any issues at the branch level.
**Administrative Work**:
- Ensure timely submission of payment advices received from customers.
- Oversee the follow-up process for debtor recovery.
- Manage the submission of various documents and reports to the bank.
- Maintain and monitor MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise staff attendance, including factory attendance and bills.
- Implement and monitor expense control measures in designated areas.
- **CA students who have dropped out after inter/final are also welcome.**_
**Experience: 3- 5 years**
**Excel knowledge required.**
Language Proficiency: Spoken English, Hindi.
**Willingness to learn and long term association is must.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
