**Job Title: Administrative Executive / Admin Officer**

Location: Sultanpur, Delhi

Reporting To: Manager - Operations / Admin Head

Employment Type: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and update employee and vendor records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support in documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety protocols, and facility management.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage petty cash, bills, and expense tracking in coordination with accounts.
- Monitor attendance records and support HR in onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Handle courier services and stationary management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in an administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
