**Job Summary**

As a Process Executive - HC you will be responsible for handling claims adjudication processes utilizing MS Office and UiPath tools. You will work in a hybrid model with night shifts ensuring efficient and accurate processing of provider and payer claims. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle claims adjudication processes with precision and accuracy.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage and document claims information.
- Employ UiPath automation tools to streamline claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with provider and payer guidelines during claims adjudication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims issues.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on claims status to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in claims processing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

- Ensure all claims are processed within the specified turnaround time.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of claims data.
- Support team members in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
