**Job Summary**:
Would be responsible for managing the entire order fulfilment process from receipt of a customer order to delivery, including order processing, inventory management, production scheduling, and shipment coordination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while adhering to company standards and customer requirements.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter orders into the company's ERP system, including customer details, product specifications, and delivery deadlines.
- Verify inventory availability and allocate stock to orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and any potential delays.
- **Production Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely manufacturing based on order priorities.
- Monitor production progress and address any potential issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Manage order backlogs and prioritize production based on customer needs.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange timely delivery.
- Generate shipping documents including packing slips and invoices.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfilment.
- Identify and address potential stock shortages by coordinating with purchasing department.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and address any concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for order entry, inventory management, and reporting.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
