Job Title: Telugu Voice Process Executive

Location: Tatabad, Gandhipuram.

**Job Description**:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Fresher/ Experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.

2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

3. Adhere to company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent and professional communication.

4. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Uphold data privacy and security protocols in accordance with company policies.

6. Meet performance targets and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in Telugu with excellent verbal communication skills.

2. Prior experience in a customer service or voice process role is added advantage, freshers also can apply.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with voice communication tools.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
