Hoopoe infoedge is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Domestic Customer Support Representative. As a Domestic Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various channels.

**Job Title: Voice process executive - Telugu**

**Package - 14k to 16k**

**Location - Chennai (Ambattur / Mount road)**

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and analyze customer problems or concerns and provide effective solutions.

Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Any Graduate / 12th / Diploma**

**Must know to speak Telugu with Good English**

**Immediate joiners preferable **

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
