FULL-TIME- (PUNE- )- 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE**Location**:Pune

**Experience**:2+yrs.

**Core Skill sets**:Angular 6 or above**, **CSS, JavaScript, Database
- Write clear, creative and customer-focus UX content for the company’s digital assets like website and customer portal keeping in line with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Use craft, empathy, logic, and data for UX writing. This includes the smallest micro copy to the most visible headlines and everything in between.
- Design UX writing guidelines, create frameworks in collaboration with the CX designers and cross-functional teams.
- Leverage data, design research, user testing, customer insights, and more to create content across languages.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Travel industry and it’s customer base to write UX content accordingly.
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD will be a plus.
- 2+ years of UX writing experience for websites and apps.
- Degree in Journalism, English, Mass-communication and related fields.
- Understanding of user experience and user-centered writing approaches
- Detail-orientation with experience and will to continuously learn, adapt and evolve.
- Creating and measuring the success and impact of your UX writing.
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD will be a plus.
